What We Believe

Racism is an attack on the image of God because all people were created in the image of God (Gen. 5: 1-3).  Racism is a sin and rejects what God has done by refusing to acknowledge the image of God in all people and totally violates the commandment of Love that was given to us by our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.  Therefore, the Church, as the body of Christ, should be a beacon of light for racial harmony and set the example for the world to follow.  We are all united together with God – united through the blood of Christ.
